Wow! One week down already. On August the 3rd, I strapped on my mask, hopped in a collection of cars and set off. Since then, I’ve driven pretty far, seen some pretty places, interesting things and got really high.....up.
I’ve taken Tuesday off to score some mega points, so watch out for that. It should put me a few spots ahead at least.

Stats:
13 cities in which challenges were completed this week: Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows, White Rock, Township of Langley, Burnaby, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Chilliwack, Hells Gate, Boston Bar, Harrison, Deroche and Abbotsford
4 vehicles used: 2014 Fiesta ST, 2018 VW Sportwagen, 2018 Jeep JL Unlimited Rubicon, 1986 Dodge D100.
Highlights:
Checked out the Kamui Mintara or the Playground of the Gods. Sculptures representing the ancient gods of the native Ainu people of Japan. The statues overlook Metro Vancouver from their mountain top perch.
Slightly trespassed into the majestic sprawling grounds of Riverview Hospital, a shuttered asylum.
Paid my respects to one of the greatest ever Canadians

Thanks, my wife is working full time, plus part time on call and doing a distance practicum..... so I have a lot of time on my hands

I knew the hospital was familiar! It was the one used for filming Grave Encounters (which I recommend).
